12:1 I Beseche you therfore brethrē by the mercifulnes of God/ that ye make youre bodyes a quicke sacrifise/ holy and exceptable vnto God which is youre resonable servynge off god. I Beseche you therfore brethrē/ by ye mercyfulnes of God/ that ye make youre bodyes aquicke sacrifise holy & acceptable vnto God which is youre resonable seruynge of god. I Beseche you therfore brethren/ by the mercyfulnes of God/ that ye make youre bodyes a quicke sacrifice/ holy & acceptable vnto God: which is youre resonable seruing of God I Beseke you brethrē by the mercyfulnesse of God, that ye geue ouer youre bodies for a sacrifice, yt is quycke holy, and acceptable vnto God, which is yor reasonable seruynge off God.
12:2 and fassion nott youre selves lyke vnto this worlde: But be ye chaunged in youre shape/ by the renuynge of youre wittes/ that ye maye fele what thynge that good/ that acceptable/ and perfaicte will of god is. And fassion not youre selves lyke vnto this worlde: But be ye chaunged in youre shape/ by the renuynge of youre wittes that ye maye fele what thynge that good/ yt acceptable/ and perfaycte will of god is. & fassion not your selues lyke vnto this worlde: but be ye chaunged in youre shape/ by the renuynge of youre wittes that ye maye fele what thinge that good/ that acceptable/ & perfaycte will of God is. And fashion not youre selues like vnto this worlde, but be chaunged thorow the renewynge off yor mynde, yt ye maye proue, what thinge that good, yt acceptable, & perfecte wil of God is.
12:3 For I saye (thorowe the grace that vnto me geven is) to every man amonge you/ that no man esteme off hym hlfe more then it becōmeth hym to esteme: But that he discretely iudge off hym silfe accordynge as god hath dealte to every man the measur of faith. For I saye (thorowe the grace that vnto me gevē is) to every man amonge you that noman esteme of him selfe moare then it becometh him to esteme: but that he discretely iudge of him selfe/ accordynge as God hath dealte to every man the measure of fayth. For I saye (thorowe the grace that vnto me geuē is) to euery man amōge you/ that noman esteme of him selfe moare then it becometh him to esteme: but that he discretely iudge of him selfe/ accordinge as God hath dealte to euery man the measure of fayth. For I saye thorow the grace yt is geuē me, vnto euery man amonge you: that no man esteme off him selfe more, then it becōmeth him to esteme: but that he discretly iudge of him selfe, acordinge as God hath dealte vnto euery man the measure of faith.
12:4 As we have many members in one body: and all members have not one office: As we have many members in one body/ & all members have not one office: As we haue many members in one body/ & all members haue not one office: For like as we haue many membres in one body, but all the membres haue not one maner of operacion:
12:5 So we beynge many are one body in Christ: and every mā (amōge oure selves) one anothers members. so we beynge many are one body in Christ and every man (amōge oure selves) one anothers mēbers so we beynge many/ are one body in Christ/ and euery man amōge oure selues/ one anothers members. Euen so we beynge many are one body in Christ. But amonge oure selues euery one is the membre of another,
12:6 Seynge that we have divers gyftes accordynge to the grace that is geven vnto vs/ yf eny man have the gyft off prophesy/ lett hym have it that itt be agreynge vnto the fayth. Seynge that we have dyvers gyftes accordynge to the grace that is geven vnto vs: yf eny man have ye gyft of prophesye/ let him have it that it be agreynge vnto the fayth. Seynge that we haue diuers gyftes accordinge to the grace that is geuen vnto vs: yf eny man haue the gyft of prophesye/ let him haue it that it be agreynge vnto the fayth. and haue dyuers giftes, acordinge to the grace that is geuen vnto vs Yf eny man haue the gifte of prophecienge, let it be acordinge to the faith.
12:7 Let hym that hath an office/ wayte on his office. Let hym that teacheth take hede to his doctryne. Let him that hath an office/ wayte on his office. 12:8 Let hym that exhorteth geve attendaunce to his exhortacion. Yf eny mā geve/ lett hym do it with singlenes. Let hym that rueleth/ do it with diligence. Yf eny man shewe mercy lett hym do itt with cherfulnes. Let him that exhorteth/ geve attendaunce to his exhortacion. Yf eny man geve/ let him do it with singlenes. 12:9 Lett love be with out dissimulacion. Hate that which is evyll/ and cleave vnto that which is good. Let love be wt out dissimulacion. Hate that which is evyll/ and cleave vnto that which is good. Let loue be without dissimulaciō. Hate that which is euyll/ and cleaue vnto that which is good. Let loue be without dissimulacion. Hate that which is euell: Cleue vnto that which is good.
12:10 Be kynde one to another/ with brotherly love. In gevynge honoure goo one before another. Be kynde one to another with brotherly love. In gevynge honoure/ goo one before another. 12:11 Let not that busynes which ye have in hōde be tedious to you. Be fervent in the sprete. Applye youre selves to the tyme. Let not yt busynes which ye have in honde/ be tedious to you. 12:14 Blesse them which persecute you. blesse but course nott. Blesse thē which persecute you: blesse but course uot. Blesse them which persecute you: blesse but course not. Blesse thē that persecute you. Blesse, & curse not.
12:15 Be mery with them that are mery. wepe with them that wepe. Be mery with thē that are mery. Wepe wt them that wepe. Be mery with them that are mery. Wepe with thē that wepe. Be mery with them that are mery and wepe with them that wepe.
12:16 Be off lyke affeccion one towardes another. Be nott hye mynded/ but make youre selves equall to them off the lower sorte. Be not wyse in youre awne opinions. 12:17 Recompence to no man evyll for evyll. Provyde afore honde thyngſ honest in the sight of all men. Recōpence to no mā evyll fore evyll. Provyde afore honde thinges honest in ye syght of all men. Recōpence to no man euyll for euyll. Prouyde a fore honde thinges honest in the sight of all mē. Recompēse vnto no man euell for euell. Prouyde honestie afore hāde towarde euery mā.
12:18 yf itt be posible/ yet on youre parte have peace with all men. Yf it be possible/ howbe it of youre parte/ have peace with all men. Yf it be possible/ howbeit of youre parte/ haue peace with all men. Yf it be possible (as moch as in you is) haue peace with all men.
12:19 Derly beloved avenge nott youre selves butt geve roume vnto the wrath of god. For it is written: vengeaunce is myne/ and I will rewarde saith the lorde. 12:20 Terfore yf thyn enemy honger fede hym: yf he thurst/ geve hym drynke. For in so doynge thou shalt heape coles off fyre on hys heed: Terfore yf thyn enemy honger/ fede him: yf he thurst/ geve him drinke. For in so doynge thou shalt heape coles of fyre on his heed: Therfore yf thyne enemy honger/ fede him: yf he thurst/ geue him drinke. For in so doinge thou shalt heape coles of fyre on his heed. Therfore yf thine enemye hunger, fede him: Yf he thyrst, geue him drinke. For in so doinge thou shalt heape coales of fyre vpō his heade.
12:21 Be nott overcome off evyll: Butt overcome evyll with goodnes. Be not overcome of evyll: But overcome evyll wt goodnes. Be not ouercome of euyll: but ouercome euyll with goodnes. Be not ouercome with euell, but ouercome thou euell with good.
